back to diet …

im feeling better …

been two days i skipped dinner … and i feel good about it. i feel lighter and healthier …

hv to fight the side effect of vitamin c i take everyday … many told me that vitamin c could boost appetite … and yes i was kinda baggy few days ago … fuller everyday coz i eat a lot, thrice everyday …

few days ago it really hard for me to skip any meal, especially dinner … first attempt failed; i tried to eat something other than rice and those oily stuffs but at the end i gave up and went down to cafeteria to hv late dinner …

need a lot practise to get back to old diet it now seems ..

My diet is no good

I’ve tried skipping lunch and dinner …

And I’ve tried replacing dinner with smaller stuffs … like nasi lemak and noodles … and canned stuffs … but now I realize it won’t bring me any better …

Now I am back to my old diet …

Cabbage soup for fat reduction

Eat cabbage soup alone in one week and you’ll get your million dollar shape in no time … so as it’s claimed by a not-so-experts who said he/she lost an impressive 10 pounds in just 7 days for consuming cabbage soup. I don’t know whether this is just for the sake of promoting cabbage consumptions or else …

But there’s nothing to loose if you (including me) want to try anyway … coz I think it’s better to gobble cabbage soup than tasting eternally on our ‘casual staple food’ which include junkies, KFCs, pizzas, high-carbs, greasy food, over-sweetened drinks etc …. And you can save money too … I think cabbage soup alone won’t costs much money compared to these ‘staple food’.

And you don’t need to eat less to loose weight …..

But of course you need to find the place where cabbage soup is available or you need to buy utensils to cook it yourself.

P.s. Fat reduction means you’ll fart a lot from the consumptions of a lot cabbage … hehe
