Do men need diet?

Most of my male friends said that diet is just for girls. Opinion?

While it’s mostly agreeable among us but I think men do need it sometimes. Men tend to eat as much as they can, particularly when the food is just right to them. And men don’t really come picky when it comes to food. They will eat just about anything as long as it please them.

Big belly. Not really a big fuss. Most of us have shown a little bit of it, but it doesn’t really a big problem. Yes we had sometimes discussed how to ‘reduce’ it, but most of the time it ended as a laughing matter. Sign we ate healthy, they called it.

But that’s not correct, right? Big belly is the sign you ate too much. And I did ate too much. Worse, I have long abandoned sports; blame to weather and my current routines. That’s why I got this ever growing belly.

The point is that, diet is about health. We need diet to keep ourselves healthy. Diet is to prevent our belly from growing too much. And diet is to make us live longer.

Men’s diet is totally different from women’s diet because the men’s metabolism is different from women’s. We may still eat larger size of meals compared to women’s. But it all depends to the person’s metabolism right? Sometimes a woman’s metabolism may higher than a man’s.

So, as a conclusion, men do need diet when it’s necessary.

Next question: How am I going to flatten my already grown-up belly?
