I think I missed a lot!

Did I miss anything in the past? Why I never cared about it? Is it because I didn’t see it? Or just because I am blind to see it?

I think I have missed a lot …

Some of my friends are already married and even have kids …. And some of them already have their own stable life, money and job …. And looks like they have achieved a lot …

Me? I am just a nobody … still struggling with life, no job, no car … and nothing else … The only thing that I can be proud of myself is the fact that I am still growing and growing, all the way to the top …

But is it worthy? I missed a lot because I just have to. So what’s really matter in this life?

Dirrty …

Have yet escaped. The light have yet to shed the darkest side of me.

So, when will be that big moment to happen?

Politics, anyone?

I never like politics coz it always made people hate each other. Some say that politics are as dirty as you can imagine. Can you think any of clean politics? But do we have to blame the politicians? Perhaps ….

This is the first time ever I wrote about politics coz there’s some recent events out there conveying some uneasy signs. I don’t say that it’s becoming dangerous now but reading/watching the latest news made me cringe … How if something bad happened? Where do we have to go? What will happened to us? I cannot imagine those already-happened incidents in some countries also happening here in this so-called peacefull country ….

And I just cannot imagine people have to kill each other just because they want to satisfy their own desire or whatever they called it …

Is it time for us to take serious about it? We young generations are the future … but do we have to deal with it without any makeover? We’ve been under stable politic, yet somehow there’s still few other growing in dark. I am not making any side, but only speaking on behalf of my own, my own curiosity, fear and else ….

Don’t loose the peace ….

Peace to all humankind! (borrowed from a friend).

I never thought of her potential to win any big tournament before but today she proved that she’s a new champ-in-the-making by winning the China Open Super Series’s women’s single. That’s historic, indeed. Well, we had already seen her close to winning in many tournament before but this time she made it through with victory.

Tomorrow’s news headline must be all over her …. Congrats Mew Choo!

Too much problem can make you numb!

Filed under: Daily Life, Miscellaneous — J Martin @ 11:15 pm

I guess too much problems can make you numb.

It’s happening to me now. It’s kind of hectic this week; with some boring workshop, unsettled matter regarding conference on the next month, and ‘big’ problem with my ‘final year students’. Presently I (unofficially) ‘supervised’ three students for their final year project and one of them really gives me constant headache.

Now I felt that all my senses are gone …

I am lost!

Change of state?

I’ve learned from the book Unlimited Power that the actions we did were the ultimate results from our state of mind at that particular time.

Since Monday I was in state of constant ecstasy but now it seems like the effect had toned down, don’t know why, but now I am all feeling the blues. I begin to loose all the confidence and positive thinking and now I felt that I am back to my old days ….

Wonder what’s the cause of all these sudden changes ….

My room mate’s back from Cameroon Highlands, Malaysia

My room mate’s just returned from Cameroon Highlands. He bought some fruits, some of it I’ve never see before … And to my amusement, he also bought corns, raw corns. I laughed at him coz I thought he must be crazy bringing raw corns here. But he told me that these corns are actually eaten raw, means that it don’t need to be cooked before consumption … wtf? Haha .. I just couldn’t believe it …. and I never heard it before ….

But to my surprise, it taste good … And the other fruits also taste good and fresh …

So kind of him bringing all these here and giving it to me for free ….

Back to these corns …. Eating raw corns? Imagine being a ‘kambing’ … Hahahaha ….

They called it ‘apple’. Is it? I don’t know …

Raw corns on the left, ‘apple’ on the bottom and orange coloured honeydew …

Honeydew?

Raw corn. Anyone?

Apple?
